Troubleshooting

Read the instructions carefully to get started and follow step-by-step instructions. Most problems can be figured out even if you just follow the instructions – and you get to know the equipment.

• Download and launch the red Mobile Diagnostics app. Keep the mobile close to your sensors. If not all nearby devices are displayed, the battery may be discharged or not connected. Please note that it may take several minutes up to 10-15 minutes before they are activated and visible.
